They could call it ... Anzeigenrichtung. That's "ad sense" in German. Thank you Google Language Tools.

"Sense" can be translated to German with "Sinn" (I'm not sure that's the meaning Google was going for when they came up with "AdSense"). Then Inside AdSense would translate to something like "Werbesinn ausgeleuchtet" :)
