That article is a joke.

Do a search for George Bush. Just about every link on the first two pages is negative about Bush (there may be one or two articles that are fairly neutral)

There are several neutral or pro-Kerry links in the first two pages of results in a search for John Kerry.

All you can say is that Google is biased towards anti-whatever articles.... And isn't that most articles?

Why didn't the article you linked to show the anti-Bush links? 3 of the first 5 links for George Bush are to a very anti-bush blog, DailyKos.
