If i am not mistaken we cannot sign up for username which contains neither **google**![[put at-character here]](image/at.gif) gmail.com nor **gmail**gmail.com. It so happen that yourgmailusername (AT) gmail (DOT) com is a valid gmail address.
I GUESS this page is belong to Google.

I send gmail invite to myself and try all the **gmail** / **google** username on the Desired Login Name: and check for the availability. It shows "not available".
