yeah but why would they go , sit there, interviewing them and then decide not for a GO,,,,, I have heard but not sure that they tried this style in some other online payments companies in order to fish more info ad then decide not for a go, what do you think ?

I think they're just picky – they want to acquire only the best of the best. Highly specialized companies that do *one* thing right (like Writely, which did online word processing right, apparently, or Blogger, which did blogging right).
