Earlier, blogoscoped.com/forum/32919.ht ... , I mentioned a slight update to Google Video, and that it graduated from labs. Now news from ABC News, abcnews.go.com/Technology/wire ... , of further updates. Google will no longer require a software download to upload videos, and the wait for videos to be live will be much shorter than before.

Doing a quick check, I did not find a way upload videos without downloading the software, so I guess it will be rolled out soon.

It's on the front page now. This will encourage more people to use the service i think. A good move.

You can now upload your video directly from a form! Forget Google Video Uploader software :)
