I uploaded a video to Google Video, Youtube, and AOL Uncut yesterday, to see which of them provides a higher quality videos. The answer is *AOL Uncut*!
Youtube provides faster connection for uploading videos, but the quality is pretty lousy.
AOL Uncut is pretty slow, and it needs JAVA enabled, but it has the higher video quality than GV and Youtube and allow multiple videos upload at once.
Google Video lets you to upload multiple videos to together(using the GV uploader)
