The Funny thing with those two languages that I spoke is :

when you are used to search in english, most of the time, you are tied to look to left side (organic listing), and then you switch to arabic or hebrew and you discover that you may end up clicking on sponsored links that are on left side without noticing it.

I think ajeeb and maktoob will loose their respective markets now.

Yeah, I'm also not surfing Google/ Gmail in German, but that's mostly because translations are often inferior to the original.
