The Dutch TV program 'Tegenlicht' had a show about Google last month.
They did get inside Google and held interviews with people working at Google. For example Vincent Cerf and Marissa Mayer, but also people working on Google Book Search, Google Earth and on machine translations.

The voice-overs of the program are in Dutch but the interviews are in English (with Dutch subtitles). So it could also be interesting for English speaking people.
