I just saw that the site has dropped all the way to the 9th result for seraphim proudleduck, pretty surprising.

We lost a battle, the war will be won on January 1st. It's time to start working. I already put two new Seraphim Proudleduck backlinks on findforward.com (PR6) and memecodes.outer-court.com (PR6 as well).

is it better to link now or wait until later in the game so that the links are fresher? I have 4 domains I plan on using to link to you but was planning on waiting until mid-December (google spiders me almost daily)
|
|
I believe early December would be OK. Mid-December: might be a little too late! It may spider daily, but it won't necessarily update the rankings the same day. On the other hand, *some* fresh links in Mid-December won't hurt and may also add value.

That was quick, back to #1

Yes, back to number 1! I think this shows two things: - Google Blogoscoped is not a very stable number 1 at the moment, though it is the number 1 - The current drop to 9th place was nothing serious – we couldn't have it fixed so fast if it'd be serious

The Match URL
is it this one: google.co.uk (world)
or is it: google.com (world)

Phillip,
I see you change tactic again ?
Is "seraphim proudleduck" crucial in title tag when we talk about high competitive term's
|
|
No Kim, I don't believe keywords in the title are important with this level of competition. You can see that clearly because I am back to number with the old title – containing no keywords in the title. But still I don't want to miss any chance of improving the SEO. A keyword in the title certainly won't hurt – I also want to let everyone know it's time to fight a bit harder right now :)

It's Google.com as seen from the UK...
