Seriously, it could be the same idea at the same time type of scenerio. CC, only so many superhero names you could make out of it...

Justin, that was exactly the point I tried to make.

Many ideas float all around us and we always draw from the creativity of others before us – it's the final irony that the Captain Copyright propaganda cartoon which so one-sidedly portrays the evils of sharing and copying itself is a "copy", at least on superficial analysis (the same superficial analysis his propaganda contains). Of course, even without fate delivering us an exact like-named hero, Captain Copyright's creators made a complete copy of the generic superhero tradition invented by other artists of the past. Which, again, is nothing bad, but I'm pretty sure it's against Captain Copyright's own ideals :)
