It's hard to imagine what could draw the ire of someone in the German government NOW.
There's been Holocaust-deniers and bona-fide Nazi running around Usenet for more than a decade.

FOUND IT! – at the thread level.
A German Usenet reader should be able to narrow it to the specific posts.

I can read it. Ich kann es lesen. |
You may be able to read what's left but can you read all Corsin?
Do you see this at the bottom like I do?
"In response to a legal complaint we received, we have removed one or more messages. If you wish, you may read the legal complaint ." |
I just searched within groups
235 for "In response to a legal" 238,000 "In response to a" 2,740,000 for "In response to" 3,150,000 for "In response"
Given this fact ? is it safe to assume that there are at least 235 posts removed /pulled ??
How can I know --how many posts within groups have been removed ?
|
/pd – that's only getting mentions, and similar wording. It doesn't indicate how many posts themselves are removed.

Seth, I understand that what I mentioned above is very crude in terms of getting mentions and similar workings akin to the 'offical notice ' that a post has been pulled.
So now, I am left that actually google themselves, maybe pulling stuff and nobody wil ever knows about it unless;
1) The user themselves find that thier post has been pulled 2) Or Google inserts their boiler template in luei of the pulled post.
So, what happens if either a/b is not done ?? Nobody will ever know the certain tid bits of information that may/could have been posted. After all, the Usnet groups are not being mirrored (for public consumption) like other servers on the grid.
So this is leaving me a question, is Google now actually like the chinese givernement ?? On one side they are all fine and dandy , but on the other side they are really really eveil!!
What are others thoughts / comments ??

I can read the whole thread, all posts, see all emails and everything. Very strange post. Must be hundreds of posts in one thread. |
