There's a really uncalled for joke I could make here, but I'll avoid it. (hint: took my history final today.)

It was a good game – too bad you guys had to spoil it at the last second! ;)

Go Poland for the World Cup win!

Germany Deserve this Winning. Jürgen Klinsmann did great changes by getting in Neuville.
Poland Goal Keeper was at the Top and too bad to loose at the last 2 minutes.
That's Football.

I'd just like to apologise to Germans for the actions of British hooligans, a great embarassment to almost every Briton (kicking footballs at town hall windows, singing about the war, etc.)

I hope the USA goes far in this tournament, not that I'm saying it's likely. I got a bunch of favorites, including USA, Brazil, Iran, England and Germany. I think Brazil has a tough stance, I mean everyone's expecting the Ronaldinho from the Nike commercials... :)

Really, you mean in the UK or in Germany? I didn't see the news yet but yesterday in Stuttgart it was totally a peaceful, albeit chaotic parade. In other cities apparently it was the homegrown hooligans who caused most troubles...

Hey keep the English hooligan comments out mate.

I've heard of nothing worse than the odd drunk getting arrested.

Now look at who was rioting.

....then the RAF from England shot one down...

Oh I don't mean yesterday in particular, and not Stuttgart either.

I saw a Channel 4 news item on the day of the England – Paraguay match showing supporters singing about bombers being shot down and drop kicking a football to break the windows of a town hall, and then there were the people with swastikas later on. (Things could be a lot worse though).

And David I'm English, I'm not criticising the English fans, I'm criticising the odd English hooligan who gives the rest of them a bad name.
