The "arms race" between the search engines and the spammers continues – interesting approach using subdomains to get over a billion pages indexed in Google in less than a month. Original DP thread is here forums.digitalpoint.com/showth ... and it made front page of DIGG at digg.com/technology/How_One_Sp ...
Now just imagine someone doing this with thousands of domains – what a mess for the Search Engines to try to sort out! |
I wonder from where he linked his new sub-domains? Was it a high-PR site? Or did he just submit them official with Google?
I just realized it's the same guy Ionut reported on earlier. (See blogoscoped.com/archive/2006-0 ...)
eiqz2q.org forwards to t1ps2see.com,
Google search with millions of indexed documents: google.com/search?hl=en&q= ...

I saw your previous forum post, but didn't make the connection – sorry 'bout that. Some of the chatter in the forums implies he ranks fairly well for some terms, so must have had some page rank tossed at him. Funky stuff – will be interesting to see how the big "G" handles this one. |
Strange. I found the site when I searched for "* *" to see if it still works. Most sites from the first page were from these sites. |
It seems that t1ps2see.com is owned by a Romanian.

Ionut does he live close to you? :) |
doing a site search for eiqz2q.org or t1ps2see.com doesn't bring any thing up for me... did google remove it already??? |
Looks like that's a yes. Google removed it all. "* *" won't work for me. :( |
