Basically, it makes the layout fluid (uses up the whole browser). It also takes away the ads, but I'm working on getting those back because I want to support your site, and your ads generally aren't intrusive. Finally, it can make the title bar up top and the "blog overview" to the left not scroll (position: fixed). By default, however, this is turned off. Go to tools > user script commands to turn it on and off.

I can't see how to edit my post, but now it keeps the ad on the left but gets rid of the "if you want to advertise here" because that is a waste of space...
