Google has to pay 300'000 Euro to Louis Vuitton, because their Search results contained links to faked products.
The court ruled, it would have been possible to remove these results by hand, as the example in China cleary shows.

Do you have a link for the China bit?
I could find this but it doesn't mention China...

Interesting. So according to Heise, Google China set a precedent on which Google can be made responsible for not filtering certain sites.
