The search term "pedophile" is also blocked and when you search for "pedophil" you get a spelling suggestion for "pedophile", which goes nowhere along with every 'narrow your search' and 'expand your search' on the right.
What's the point? Pedophile's are hardly going to look for child porn by typing in "pedophile" or "learn about pedophilia" or "pedophile law". Ask.com are just eliminating people who are likely to be using those search terms to do research. |
Misread the post. It does seem as though these search terms are still being blocked. |
These terms aren't blocked in the English site, but they are in the Spanish version and probably on other local sites:

"Pedophile" on Ask.com isn't blocked from here, but Ask may still roll this out. http://www.ask.com/web?q=pedophile&qsrc=0&o=0
I still see it blocked on Spanish Ask too... |
"Pedophile" is still blocked on the UK site.
