Google has a Customer Service?! I never saw anything else than some kind of auto-reply from them. |
We're paid to give canned answers. |
Sounds awfully familiar, JP, doesn't it? |
ever get an actual response from someone if GMail blows up? i didn't think so. |
Actually, at that level you get an account rep for Adwords. The problem is that sometimes issues, esp complex issues, don't get dealt with well. Ask them about testing different creative on the same keyword and how best to do that. Go ahead...
Oh, and re GMail... it's free – what, you expect personal service ona a product you don't pay a dime for? Yeah..... |
yes, i do. when you write their email add that says 'write here if you have a problem,'---------and weeks later, still no response?
just because it's free, doesn't mean you get left hanging. |
GMail is my first mail account from US company, but in Poland big free mail account providers always answers mail, usually from 2 hours to 3 days. And I believe Google has much more money for such things. |
Gmail may be free, but it's not non-profit. Rather than making a profit by charging users for the service they make a profit from the ads shown. I don't see how this excuses them from having proper customer or "ad-viewer" service. |
Isn't customer service a major problem for all tech companies? Maybe they need another company to handle customer services and ONLY that. |
$100,000 on google adwords in one month is A LOT! how much does a person/company really need to spend to get ads thru Google network?? really, that kinda of amount is absurd. |
Use this tool to figure it out Josue :
https://adwords.google.com/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox
Practical example for "miami hotel" :
Estimated Avg. CPC: $1.89 – $2.70 Estimated Clicks / Day: 846 – 1,060 Estimated Cost / Day: $1,600 – $2,870
So, for a single keyword, you could spend up to $88.970 per month. |
