How about 'at this moment in time' rather than 'now'? Sounds (supposedly) grander, but reveals the enunciator as shallow.

And 'completely unique' or 'xxxx unique' really... It either is, or it isn't unique, whatever it is. If there are two of them, it's not. Less than 2, okay, that's unique. (Completely so).
