I've spent hours trying to find it. But, I just sent Google an email through the suggestions page. Can't find it right now, but I did get a prompt reply from Google themselves, when I sent them mine. Basically, they say "we'll keep it in mind, but we have plenty lined up for the future". Kind, i guess.

But to be honest, why not make an impact and slap em with some snail mail:
