Once again, I'm getting test SERPs results. You can try and copy my PREF cookie:

but as discussed the previous time, the IG value is sensitive and becuase I have 13 other google cookies it may not work.

Note- I am using the Firefox SEO extension...however I shut it off an I still got test pages. SEO doesn't work well, however...it doesn't know this formatting.
I'm also using a CustomizeGoogle extension, that's why there's some other stuff in the results. However the extensions' content is always at the max bottom of the result, and above these you see specialized links to things like I believe the number 1 result on Google images, etc. The one thing I'm confused by is that when this design first surfaced, there were green PR bars under those categories...

If you are talking about the left side bar, it is not that new. What I find more interesting, is the part above it:
