what do you say about this TRUE story?

A North Carolina man was found guilty of murder in November in part because he Googled the words "neck," "snap," "break" and "hold" before his wife was killed

horrible ha? and quite stupid if i may say.. :P

Wonder what happens when someone plants search entries on your computer (i.e. your computer isn't locked, or there's some malware on it, or someone plants it using iframe techniques). Might make for a good Columbo episode in 2007...
