No, the search engine worked fine before I entered "falun gong". Then you'll get blocked (completely, not just for this search term). This behavior is similar to what Yahoo.cn is doing... give it a try. I've heard the blocking lasts 1 hour, though I never precisely tested this. |
PS: Maybe it's also the Chinese gov't blocking these searches. I don't know... but this behavior doesn't happen with Google. |

Remember that google.cn servers are not behind the great firewall. Google purposely doesn't keep their servers in China. Yahoo and Baidu does. |
