Well it turns out ebay can not do anything about this situation on a count of i guess i did not go threw ebay properly. I think becuase i e-mailed the guy and told him i want to buy it, we somehow went outside of ebay. Well i am not sure what i could do, if anybody has any suggestions please tell. Thank you.
