Phillip, I'm pretty sure Dirson is wrong. Images always showed results for Abu Graib. The issue was that it didn't show the world (in)famous Abu Graib torture photos. The fact that they still don't says it hasn't been updated. |
Nathan, I can see the torture photos, both for "Abu Ghraib" and "Lynndie England." Maybe you see an old index from where you look? |
I sometines see new index and sometines old index. Perhaps its not "where" but is "when". Try more than once the same search. |
Maybe its a Firefox thing? I'm still not seeing any torture photos, and zero results for Lynndie England. |
Its not Firefox problem. If you see my other posts capture you could see that is taken with firefox.

I'm using Firefox here too. Google delivers the same results to any browser, unless something weird is going on. Note that to test what others are seeing you can go to a translation service such as http://world.altavista.com and enter the URL in question. |
google has many datacenters. the update may not have propagated to all datacenters. it may have reached europe first. or they're ramping up slowly.
