The URL for the test server is msn.com./ (notice the "." after the com and before the "/" part, this is what takes you to the test servers).
You can enter the URL without the "/" (forward slash) at the end, I placed it there so the dot won't seem too isolated and remain unnoticed. Once again, Microsoft is leaving itself open for exploitation – when people know the moves MS will make, before they even make them (that is exactly what test/debug servers provide), it'll give a clear advantage to those who are willing to abuse this privilege.

The MSN site doesn't work for me (I get the same old thing).
But Hotmail's redirects to this.
