Plagiarist's lawsuit against the real author (because information about plagiarism is too high in Google)

Interesting story from Digg:

Guy (Kevin C.) used other guy's (Kris Krug) photographs in his "working portfolio" (-> [...]) to promote himself as a professional photographer. Krug has discovered that, and add a note about this on his blog (http://www.kriskrug.com/?p=857). C. removed those photos from his website.

But now... C. sue Krug. Yeah, the plagiarist sue the real author. He claims that because Krug' blog post is a third result in Google for "Kevin C.", he lose a lot of clients.

So it seems this is another case about Google results, and responsibility around them. Note that it's not Krug's fault that his note has good Page Rank.

What's also interesting, lowers, in the official low notes, uses "Google" as a verb... "if you Google 'Kevin C.' (...)" (http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=206114040&size=o)
