Got an email from Google telling me there is a new TOS for Google video.
Haven't had a chance to go through it completely, but here is the link:

To do this, we've made some minor modifications to our Terms of Service (TOS) so you can participate in ad programs we may roll out in the future. Please take a moment to review the changes by logging into your account at https://upload.video.google.com and accepting the new terms and conditions. If you don't agree to the new TOS, we will assume you acknowledge and accept these changes, and will include your content in Google Video, as it is today.

I dont like this ..
"To do this, we've made some minor modifications to our Terms of Service (TOS) "
and from the NEW TOS
"If You do not accept or reject the new terms within the five (5) day period, You will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the new terms"
What happens if I am sick and in hospital or just away on vaccation and do not check emails ? Why only 5 days time period ? |
