I didn't see this posted anywhere in the forum so...
Check out the new functionallity to the Google Maps API. Drag and drop markers were an added funtion last release but they chose not to publish that fact. There's also a new feature to add new tile layers without having to call a new map type.

no, i don't understand the second feature either. can you only have one tiel that overlaps the whole map?
the little bounce the map marker does in thh first new feature though looks good.
