I think we can jus use a blogpscoped frapper map and let users add themselved to that

Corsin Camichel [PersonRank 10]

frappr group anyone?

stefan2904 [PersonRank 10]

on gmaps, there you can play with the locations (zoom on, route, hybrid...)... just fun.. wayne.

Sam Davyson [PersonRank 10]

It is true to say I think that blogoscoped is a little more Eurocentric than most other blogs/forums which tend to be much more US dominant. But as can be seen from the top 20 lists above it still has a fair few US users!

maby because the admin (philipp) is from europe?
(bzw, i am also from europe, from austria)

Mrrix32 [PersonRank 10]

I'm from Europe (UK). I think a Frapper map is a good Idea. Any way does it matter whether the "Top 20" is American? Google can be accessed (almost) any where (on land) in the world.

So:
10 points for Europe
9 points for North America
3 points for Asia
0 points for other continents

Europe is winning! Hurray ;)

Ludwik Trammer [PersonRank 10]

Update. The scores has just changed ;) Now I'm a member of Top 20 List and I'm from Poland so...

11 points for Europe
8 points for North America
3 points for Asia
0 points for other continents

Go go Europe! ;P

Just kiddin'. I don't know why Philipp's audience is so international. Maybe he, as non English native speaker, use more simple language that is more understandable to foreigners. And maybe the fact that he is not another guy from the Silicon Valley, and he also writes in the language that is not his native language helps us to identify with him. Dunno.

The way Jake posts, I don't think that'll stay that way for long :D (Not trying to start a post war :)-

"Maybe he, as non English native speaker, use more simple language that is more understandable to foreigners."

I don't think that's it, there's similar numbers of UK and USA numbers (unlike most sites) even though the quality of English is the same in both (though we like to think ourselves superior).
