Is Stanford´s Search Engine (google.stanford.edu/ask.stanford.edu) only a Google Mini or a special Google Technology?

(BTW: There is an update from 3.0 to 4.0 on september 14th. means from google or from stanford? stanford.edu/services/websearc ...)
