Interesting read off SearchEngineWatch about a ClickZ article detailing a lawsuit brought against Google. Essentially, a anti "JewsForJesus" group set up jewsforjesus.blogspot.com account. The JewForJesus group then took them to court for trademark infrindgement. This could lead to a slippery slope as SearchEngineWatch pointed out; what if philipp where to put the Google blog role in the domain google.blog-outercourt.com, would he be in voilation of the Google trademark?
