Wow – my first response was "what bland useless graphics – they could mean anything at all".

My second response, after looking closely, was "wow – so that's how to put a swim cap on the easy way".

You need big hands or a small head for it to work though.

Getting silicone caps on is easy, but latex ones are really hard. I've never seen this method. My swim coach told us to fill it up with water from the shower head and then pull it on really quick – works perfectly!

Oops. Mark just showed us how useful the instructions could b useful. I can imagine a really unglitchy swim cap that's really hard to wear without hurting ur hair. The method seems to make everything easier..
