I have a salesperson who just left the company and she refuses to give me the password for her business gmail account.
She is willing to give us this password if she can remove her personal registration data – ie, backup email addres, etc...
For the life of me, I can't find out how to do it.
Any thoughts?

Alan – Go to this link https://www.google.com/accounts/ManageAccount and log in using your gmail login and password. Select the "Edit" link by the "Personal Information" header and change the basic account info. Next, select "Change Security Question". There you can change the backup email address and change the secret question. Hope this helps. |
