I found the long Google blacklist of phishing sites. The list is here: http://sb.google.com/safebrowsing/update?version=goog-black-url:1:-1

One of the sites, http://207.68.169.170/contoso/enroll_auth.html , is a test by Microsoft.

Here's the white list.

And the white list of domains:

It's strange to see search result pages in the previous list, like:
