Microsoft have decided to keep an eye on Google and others competitors.
So they add "bird view" for competitors' HQ

"...and it has been revealed that no one actually works at the Googleplex given the barren parking lots."

[Moved from "Bird's Eye Imagery of the Googleplex Now Online" – Tony]

Remember all of the attention last year about Apple’s HQ not appearing in Microsoft’s Virtual Earth Database? Perhaps some people didn’t realize that there are numerous providers of aerial imagery (all taken at different times and databases also updated on different dates.

Well, with the new VE update not only do we find Apple’s HQ from the air but we also find bird’s eye imagery of the campus.
