you can do it too!
simply click (while in Picasa) Ctrl + Shift + Y , and the 'Easter Egg' has been added!

David, just so you know. Hotlinking directly to an image doesn't work in Picasa Web.

My original post on this that Hermon picked up on points out that there are a few bugs in this feature.

Given the large number of teddy bears that have now been unleashed, has anyone found either more bugs, or a way to get rid of the teddy bears, without closing Picasa?
