This has been available to UK customers for some time.

I wish they would do the same for Google Answers payments. I'm not very active so I sometimes get cheques for $1.50 or $3.50. My bank charges much more than this to process an overseas cheque, so I framed one instead, and threw the others away.

Some people think it's really cool to see a cheque from Google (even though it doesn't have a nice logo or anything on it), so it's a nice talking-piece. Then I bring out the Google blanket that they sent us on the first anniversary of the service...

I France we got that since a while too. But I continue to use the "check way", because I want to touch my money :)

[Moved from "Electronic Funds Transfer Available for Hungarian Users" – Tony]

I am not aware of any official announcement about new countries where AdSense EFT has been introduced, but one thing is for sure: from yesterday on Hungarian users can enter their bank account data and start the verification process for electronic funds transfer.

Have users of other countries noticed this as well?
