Do not forward emails with attachments

Hello guys. I need some type of workaround which will enable me to forward all emails from gmail to another email account with the exception of emails having attachments (This will avoid the other email account from overflowing). Is this possible? I cannot do it with a filter... thanks in advanced.

When you go to forward an email you can uncheck the box next to the attachment and it won't forward the attachment.

The problem is that when I uncheck the box, and then click TEST FILTER, the emails with attachments still appear. I've done the following filter:

from: *
all the others: blank
has attachment: unchecked.

has anyone made this working?
