There is, in fact, a 200x200 ad size option now that I haven't noticed before, but one does not appear on the page with example of AdSense ad formats.

I've not used this size before, but can't say how new it is.

I guess Philipp's script enlarges images, but just click on the link underneath to see it actual size.
