It seems like Yahoo Mail Beta got some new features that makes it a more usable platform. What I noticed so far (and I *think* is new):
* On the frontpage you receive news headlines. Not customisable?
* When replying, I received a tip that I could use keyboard shortcuts to work faster (great imo!)
* Under the messages there is a footer bar with the yahoo calendar. Although it gives an error at the moment, it's a great idea, it's also possible to add an event.
* There is some kind of a scroll bar in the ad zone if it's bigger than your screen. (The should make there ads in a way that there are mostly some toolbars though...)

I'll report more if i find more...

Calendar line seems to be working now, i want that in my gmail too...

BTW It shows weather predictions too... Although it's from Acapulco while I'm from Belgium & it don't seems I can change that for the moment. Nice concept, if it becomes customisable it should be very handy...

I would like it (Calendar Line) in Gmail too. My first thought when I saw that was, I bet Google will have something similar soon.
