Hi! I didn't realise my wording would cause do much fuss! We use the word at work and I've heard it on the TV (I live in England).

Heebie – did you use the word "anal" to mean "cool"? I've lived in England all my life and I've never heard anyone use it in that sense on TV or anywhere!

Acutally Philipp is bang on – with the term description.. when a person is "anal" .. the person has a "compulsive/ caring too much about details"

e.g "he is anal about the Q3/06 pipeline report" – means that every ""i needs to be dotted and every "t" needs to be crossed.

And no, I dont think Yahoo will be anal with video, they are a late encumbant into the this space ..
