Help. My gmail has been hijacked by someone who is stealing the info from 1 full year of emails and has broken in to my Ebay account and purchased over $15000 of product before I could get back in myself (to Ebay) and block them. Gmail "will not" help me. Since I don't have my original email, I have to wait 5 days with no account activity. Well, the thief is using my account so it will continue to have activity! No one will listen. Can anyone help? I only get canned emails from Gmail. Is there a place I can go for help. Someone?

Thank you Jake's View. Ebay has everything fixed. I have used this email once, but have now sent another. Just hope that now someone is listening.
