I saw a very nice surprise at Google Videos today... A new feature: Videos with Closed Captions!

It is a huge feature for Deaf or Hard-of-hearing people like me.

They even included instruction for how to make captions or subtitles...

They do not have support for Line 21 captioning (television's closed captions) yet, but I am very happy to see some progress from Google on this one. Google is the first major video provider (that I know of) to realize how many people really need the captions, and made some efforts.
