"You can do this by selecting “Unlisted – your video will not be included in search results” in Add/Edit Video Information, in the Uploaded Video page, or you can choose it when you upload the video using the web upload form.
Not much information about it as now, since Google won’t let us “Learn more” about it. :) Let’s just assume it is something like the Unlisted feature in Picasa Web Albums for now."
