thats ok but what about the big google logo, and links to web, images, news etc ?

it seems like this might be a page used by another service of google's e.g. google toolbar or maybe google mobile. The page is very minimalistic and only is focusing on the ggoel search aspect which makes me believe its not directly focused for web browsers. Maybe a service that uses it.
