it was there for a split of a second, and then disappeared. so i refreshed the page and clicked the PS button real fast, and then, on attempt number 78 i got it..

This displays all the time if you don't have Picasa installed. I guess they just hide it if you've already installed Picasa as it's pointless trying to get you to download something you already own! (Check the JS code if you like – it simply hides the box if the _picasaInstalled variable is true...) |
And they hide the 2nd box if you're not running Windows + IE (as the drag and drop feature doesn't work on any other OS/browser combination). |
