Seems to depend which server you hit. Google.com only ranks him at #6 for me, whereas Google.co.uk (searching "the web") has him at #1.

Google.co.uk has him at #5 for "poodle"...

I managed to link Tony Blair to maggie Thatcher by encouraging people to link www.maggiethatcher.com to 'Tony Blair'
