Yes, the guy is great!

Very funny. Very politicaly incorrect :)

I had an opportunity to see the movie two weeks ago, but I didn't go, because I think Borat is silly. Maybe that because I'm from this part of the world (or at least this side of the former Iron Curtain). And Borat uses sentences from my language (that's distracting). All those "Kazahstan" talk is in fact in Polish (they don't talk Polish in Kazahstan, really...), and usually doesn't make sense. Most often he uses "Jak siÄ™ masz?". This literally means "how are you?", but we use it only when we really want an answer, so you can say it to the camera, as Borat often do. Sometimes he confuses worlds and for example starts his talk with "bye".
I know it is supposed to be funny, but isn't very funny for me. Ok, I find this slightly funny, but at the same time distracting.

He is a clever guy, and he always make's a political stance in his clever questions.

I didn't even know he went as far as to use existing languages. I can imagine it's better when you don't understand it :)

Thanks for the link. My wife and I will see it next week so I sent it to her, she watched it and got excited about going.

Ramibotros, unfortunately most cinemas in Germany will show movies dubbed into German. However, almost every city has a couple of theaters which also show movies in their original version (with or without German subtitles), and documentaries or spoof-documentaries have a higher chance in general to not be dubbed.

Where exactly will you be?

I'll be in Aachen..
If you want to know where exactly, then here you go:

Thanks

Seriously Ramibotros? That's my home town where I was born! Do a Whois on outer-court.com if you don't believe it (I've moved to Stuttgart in the meantime though). :)
