Isn't it the reflection? I thought Nazis to the religious symbol "mirrored" it and used it as their logo. See I do learn something at school :-)

Did anyone see the Da Vinci Code film ? Tom hanks clears your clarification in that film.... like the nazi symbol, it is called swastik in religious, even buddha has it in his cheast...

this is all a great mystery like da vinci code..! Google might help solve this mystery with thier new mystery search engine...lol jus kidding
