What's with Blogger? It's dead as I post this, and has been up and down for 24 hours. Their status page shows too many recent problems. http://status.blogger.com/

Very "ungoogle"! Their status page reads more like a high school kid's apology for being late to school than something from a billion dollar corporation.

No Googleplex free meals and snacks for the Blogger staff until they make it robust!

Maybe "ungoogle", but very much "blogger". They have problems ever since 2003... made me leave their service.

So, Moving away from the current architecture is good I guess.

It's not good until they get the bloody FTP access on the beta.

Technically, Blogger is an embarassment. If it worwks for 24 hours without issues that's amazing. Just last week, I would upload 4 photos..and it would show 8. 2 of each. Or, I try to upload 4 photos, and then it says 'upload successful,'----and none are there.

I think Google pays Blogger lip service, and hasn't taken an active role. Beta, schemta. Still doesn't work right.
